MAKE A RETURN

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at service@amidgames.com, Once we receive your return request, you will receive a prepaid return label or QR code to send the items back free of charge.

We offer no-risk returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.


FINAL SALE

All custom orders, Gift Card, and Last Call orders are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for refund or exchange.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Free return shipping also apply for international orders.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please allow 10 business days from the receipt of your item for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your new item(s) have shipped or your card has been refunded.
